We give each client individual attention throughout the process of assessment, design, and implementation of doorman security and concierge security services for General Security, Access Control and Emergency Preparedness.

We recognize that every client’s requirements are unique. An apartment building might require a single security concierge, while a large high-rise office complex might need a full desk staffed by multiple officers in professional attire. While some locations may be chiefly concerned with preventing crime and controlling building access, others may need a much more comprehensive plan including service to the general public, emergency response, and more.

Our concierge security officers are screened, trained, and assigned to the positions for which they are well qualified. Everything can be customized, including officer uniforms and daily duties. Security officers perform a wide variety of duties depending on the location and needs of the client, including:

  • General Security
  • Regular or irregular patrols, interior and exterior
  • Gatekeeper duties
  • Enforce all rules and regulations
  • Handle any special circumstances or incidents
  • Inspections of outgoing trash by cleaning service
  • Controlled Access
  • Enforce procedures (IDs, badges, etc)
  • Maintain log of visitors/after-hours employees
  • Secure entrances and exits after hours
  • Open / close entrances at that start and close of each work day
