We live in a world of uncertainty. It is critical that we all stay vigilant. Just the other day, multiple explosives were found in New York and New Jersey. The suspect is described as a lone wolf terrorist. He had no history of violence. His family owned a business. He was an American citizen.

It is time to face the facts. The United States of America is facing one of the worst safety and security threats it has ever seen β domestic terrorism. From radical extremists groups to lone wolf ISIS sympathizers, the United States, along with the rest of the world, needs better security measures in place. We are appreciative and thankful for the Turkish law enforcement and emergency personnel for their hard work during this hard time. The terrorism that occurred in Istanbul is sickening. We must, as human beings, be strong and vigilant in responding to terror. The need for security has never been greater.
